RoboCell
Zachtronics like puzzle game, made for puzzle-jam-3.
Place instructions on a hex grid to send nanobots around to build complex organics. Play browser based, on Windows, or on Android. Progress is automatically saved. And scores are compared with other players.
NOTE: Level 3-4 cannot be solved, it is impossible due to a missed implementation on bonding cycles.
Here is a list of things I used, credits are also ingame. But this links easier.

I think I must be missing something. Perhaps it's just a genre I am unfamiliar with, but I don't understand the interface. Could you maybe give a bit more explanation?
You place "actions" by selection an action in the bottom left corner, and place those on the hex grid. Then you press play in the bottom right to "start" the machine and see how it acts.
You use this to complete certain goals, the first few levels should act as a tutorial.
